About The Position
Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking highly motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join their team at state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Charlotte, NC area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations. This role offers competitive, guaranteed base compensation plus additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments. Automotive Tire Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicles operate safely. The company provides paid training and offers guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work 5 days each week
