About The Position

The Automotive Technician is responsible for reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards. This role involves performing work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, examining vehicles to diagnose necessary repairs, communicating with the parts department to obtain needed parts, documenting work performed, and road-testing vehicles when required or referring them to a test technician. The technician must maintain high safety and quality standards and understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous Automotive Technician experience
Own a set of tools
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
High school diploma or the equivalent
Manual dexterity
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.
