About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our union shop. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You will identify automotive issues to ensure customer safety and satisfaction, test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment. Collaboration with the Service Advisor is key to providing accurate information to customers.

Requirements

Previous experience as a service technician, or used car tech
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
ASE Certification required with A-level qualifications
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
