About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 6 months of auto maintenance experience or automotive technical school coursework
• Ability to obtain at least 1 ASE certification within the first year
• Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

• 6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of an automotive technical school program is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and light repair work on our fleet of newer vehicles.
• Perform oil and fluid services, tire changes, rotations, basic repairs, and other routine maintenance tasks, all performed in a safe and quality-focused manner.
• Assist more experienced technicians with additional repairs and diagnostics as you continue to develop your skills.
• Help keep vehicles well maintained and reliable to support vehicle availability and ensure customers have a safe, dependable rental experience.
