Requirements

Minimum 2 years professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience for insurance purposes
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer and dealership vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate repair estimates and updates
Install vehicle components and systems as needed
Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all dealership and industry safety standards
Stay current on evolving automotive technology through ongoing training
