About The Position
Silverdale Autoworks is seeking an experienced A/B Level Automotive Technician with 5+ years of experience to join their team. This is a position at a shop that emphasizes honesty, craftsmanship, and taking care of its team members. The ideal candidate will believe in doing quality work, solving problems correctly, being part of a supportive team, and having fun. The shop operates out of a brand-new, purpose-built 10-bay facility with clean, well-lit, and organized bays. They provide all specialty tools and large toolboxes with hutches, and utilize digital inspections and modern diagnostic tools. The environment is collaborative, with a team that helps each other succeed, and leadership that is present on the floor. This is a place for resourceful, problem-solving technicians, not just parts replacers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an A or strong B level automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
