Requirements

• A clean & valid New York State Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, and comprehend instructions and information
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
• NYS inspectors license
• At least 3 years MB experience
• Proficient in Netstar, Xentry & WIS
• Working knowledge of shop equipment including but not limited to wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities

• Inspect all work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Mercedes Benz factory and Rallye Mercedes standards.
• Examine and test-drive all vehicles to ensure that the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/ perform repairs are completed.
• Communicate all discrepancies to the Service Manager, Advisor, or technician.
• Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate.
