About The Position

Midas Auto Service Experts is seeking a highly experienced Automotive Technician with 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. If you're a self-motivated technician who can accurately diagnose and repair vehicles with minimal supervision, we'd like to meet you.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (Required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working on both foreign and domestic vehicles
• Proficient with scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of electrical, engine performance, suspension, and brake systems
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Valid California Driver's License
• Must own professional automotive tools

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Perform engine diagnostics and Check Engine Light repairs
• Brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust system repairs
• A/C, heating, cooling system, and electrical diagnostics
• Battery, starting, and charging system repairs
• Oil changes and factory scheduled maintenance
• Tire mounting, balancing, and repairs
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
