About The Position

D.I.B. Automotive Group is hiring experienced technicians for multiple high-volume locations across the Houston area. Technicians can earn $60,000–$150,000 with overtime paid on flag hours. Pay ranges from $40–$60 per flag hour based on experience, plus a 5-day work week, sign-on bonus, tool allowance, and steady car count. We are currently hiring in Kingwood, Humble, Friendswood, Pasadena, Deer Park, Clear Lake, and Medical Center.

Requirements

• ASE certification
• 5+ years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced vehicle issues
• Complete repairs and maintenance to industry standards
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and software effectively
• Provide quality workmanship that supports customer satisfaction
• Stay current with new automotive technologies and repair methods
