They offer an award-winning training program that can take individuals from entry-level technician to service center manager. They welcome all types of talent, regardless of background or experience, including recent high-school graduates, seasoned professionals, and veterans transitioning back into civilian life. The company is hosting a hiring event for their Portsmouth, Milford, and Pinardville service centers on Thursday, June 4th, from 9 am to 3 pm, where hiring managers will be extending offers to qualified candidates on-site. For those unable to attend the event, applying online and contacting the recruiter is an option. The position requires reliable transportation and offers paid on-the-job training for entry-level roles with a starting wage of $21.25/hour.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
- Achieve SuperPro certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
