Requirements

  • Certified Technician (A, B, or C Level)
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment and service information systems
  • Proficiency with dealership management software, including CDK, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving automotive technologies and manufacturer procedures
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
  • Must have own tools with 2 years of experience
  • Must have State Inspection License
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must have a 3-year clear driving history
  • Must be drug free
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must have a strong work ethic and have a desire to succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with dealership management software, including CDK

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Porsche vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Identify and troubleshoot vehicle systems and components to accurately determine root causes of concerns
  • Conduct road tests and diagnostic evaluations as needed
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Recommend and perform preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and electronic diagnostic systems
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings effectively
