Requirements
- Diagnostic skills to properly diagnose using both basic and complex diagnostic steps
- Knowledge of the structures, functions, and components of vehicles
- Trustworthy, reliable, and communicates very well with team members
- Able to work a flexible work schedule

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing vehicle issues
- Perform complementary multi-point inspections
- Perform maintenance repairs
- Analyze customer concerns and symptoms to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions
- Prepare repair plans outlining necessary repairs and estimated costs, obtaining customer authorization before proceeding
- Test repairs to ensure functionality and safety
- Document all repairs and parts used on service orders
- Research technical information and consult with shop foreman to solve complex problems
