About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Automotive Technician to join their team. This is a full-time position focused on vehicle repair, manufacturer recall and warranty service, preventive maintenance, and vehicle certification and reconditioning. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and employee development within a rapidly expanding, industry-leading organization. Technicians will work on new vehicles across all manufacturer lines and have opportunities for professional development with experienced Master Technicians, including paid manufacturer training and promotional opportunities. The position utilizes the latest diagnostic software and manufacturer scan tooling.

Requirements

Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
OEM Level III Certification OR 4 current ASE certifications required.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents.
No drug or alcohol related incidents with the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles (produced in the last 3 years)
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a full-time shift for the one of the following schedules: Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4pm

Responsibilities

Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
Complete required manufacturer's training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training.
Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software and diagnostic tools.
May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.

Benefits

$29 - 32 / hour starting pay with overtime availability dependent on ASE's/Factory Certifications – No more Flat Rate
$2.00 / hour pay differential for weekday shift (after 11:00 am)
$6.00 / hour pay differential for weekend shift
