About The Position
Holman is seeking a skilled B level Automotive Technician for their busy Acura Cary location. This role involves performing repairs and diagnostics according to dealership and factory standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology, and ensuring the shop area is kept neat and clean. The technician will also be responsible for road-testing vehicles to confirm quality repairs and adapting to rapidly changing automotive technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ Auto service center experience highly desired
- Appropriate Technical training or ASEs a plus
- Valid Drivers License and a clean MVR
- Willingness to undergo our background requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
- Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
- Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena
