About The Position
Balise is now seeking qualified technicians with a focus on production and overall customer satisfaction. As a Technician with Balise, you can expect a family-owned and operated dealership group with long-term job security, top-scale progressive compensation paid weekly for your production, experience, and skillset. You will work in a modern, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology and equipment. The shop is fully productive with experienced ASMs and a loyal customer base. We offer paid hands-on and web-based factory training and certification to continue your development. Uniforms and built-in toolboxes are provided. The work environment is OSHA Certified, clean, and professional. There are career advancement opportunities, as many Service Managers have started as Technicians. Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
Nice To Haves
- Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
- Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
- Maintain the highest levels of quality and pride in your work.
- Desire for your income to increase with your production.
- Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.
