About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle concerns at Milford Ford. Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Ford experience is a strong plus.
• Diesel experience is a plus.
• ASE or Master Certifications are preferred; A/B-level qualifications may qualify for a bonus based on skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Use diagnostic equipment confidently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts teams.
• Complete repair orders and vehicle safety inspections accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies.
