About The Position
Splash Car Wash, Detail, and Oil Change is looking for a hands-on, rewarding career with growth potential as an Automotive Technician. We provide paid training, so whether you're an experienced technician or mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we’ll give you the tools and support you need to succeed. This role involves performing oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle preventive maintenance. You will communicate clearly with customers and team members, follow procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
Requirements
- A reliable, respectful, and responsible team player.
- A positive, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for long periods in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (Splash participates in E-Verify).
