About The Position

Requirements

1 year of automotive experience.
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Flat-rate technician experience required or strongly preferred
Journeyman or higher-level production capability
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Experience in dealership or high-volume shop preferred
Professional, disciplined work ethic

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles efficiently and accurately
Perform advanced electrical, drivability, suspension, engine, and transmission repairs
Complete repairs following factory standards while maintaining strong productivity
Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures
Collaborate with experienced advisors and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently
