The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles while ensuring repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards. This position is ideal for technicians who are self-motivated, quality-focused, and capable of performing in a production-driven environment. Technicians will work alongside a strong service team while utilizing modern equipment, factory resources, and ongoing training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive technician experience preferred
  • Honda experience or manufacturer certifications are a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to operate shop equipment and diagnostic tools safely
  • Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on customer vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or maintenance recommendations
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards
  • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanship
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management regarding repair status
  • Properly document repair findings and completed work
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as assigned
