Requirements
- Automotive repair experience required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Own a set of tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues accurately the first time
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and manufacturer-recommended and recall services to factory specification
- Complete thorough, honest multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or notes
- Work efficiently to meet and exceed flag-hour and proficiency expectations without sacrificing quality
- Communicate clearly and promptly with advisors and parts to keep promise times accurate
- Follow proper warranty and repair documentation so the storyline supports the work
- Road-test to verify both the concern and the repair before the vehicle is returned
- Keep your bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained
