About The Position

We move more Toyotas through our service drive than almost any store in Northern California. That matters to you for one reason: hours. Our techs aren't sitting in the lounge waiting on dispatch — the work is here, every day, all year. If you're a Toyota tech who's tired of chasing 30 hours a week, or a strong tech from another brand ready to get certified on the highest-volume nameplate in America, we want to talk. Consistent hours. 200-250+ ROs a month. Our top flat-rate techs regularly turn 50–60+ hours a week. Real pay. $45 to $50 per flat rate hour depending on certification and experience, plus a guarantee while you ramp. Your own bay, your own lift. No sharing, no shuffling. Modern shop. Factory tooling, current Techstream/diagnostic equipment, alignment rack, hybrid and EV-certified bays, clean and climate-controlled. Toyota pays for your growth. We cover certification training on the clock — Toyota Certified through Master Diagnostic Technician, including hybrid/EV. Fair dispatch. Work is distributed by skill level and availability, not by who's friendly with the dispatcher. A shop that's staffed. Full-time porters, dedicated express team, and enough advisors that you're not writing your own tickets.
