We are seeking a talented and experienced ASE Certified Master Mechanic to join our service department and contribute to our legacy of excellence.

Requirements

  • ASE Certified Master Technician (or equivalent certification).
  • Extensive experience in servicing and repairing luxury vehicles, specifically Jaguar, Land Rover, or other highline brands.
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and technologies.
  • Proficient in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts and components as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a Jaguar Land Rover dealership or highline vehicle service environment.
  • Manufacturer-specific training or certification (Jaguar Land Rover).
  • Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services on luxury vehicles, specifically Jaguar and Land Rover, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide expert-level service on complex mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, transmissions, and suspensions.
  • Utilize manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and technology to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid exchanges.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and ensure parts availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, time spent, and parts used.
  • Stay current with manufacturer updates, recalls, and service bulletins.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards, maintaining professionalism.
