Requirements

• Automotive repair, dismantling, salvage yard, collision repair, or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and shop equipment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Own basic mechanic tools

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Professionally dismantle vehicles while preserving high-quality recycled parts
• Remove engines, transmissions, differentials, body panels, suspension components, and other valuable assemblies
• Identify, inspect, and document parts for resale
• Operate vehicle lifts, hoists, and shop equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and productivity
