About The Position

As a Service Technician at Tire Discounters, you will perform automotive services such as shocks, struts, steering, alignments, brakes, transmissions, and routine maintenance. You will help ensure the success of daily operations at your location by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Compensation is $50,000–$100,000+ annually through an hourly rate, labor commission, and variable overtime.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience; ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Must have own tools; a tool purchase program is available.
• Ability to operate automotive machines and equipment.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Comfort with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Authorized to work in the USA and be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications.
• Diagnostic scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure safety.
