Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented attitude
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to understand and apply common sense.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealership standards
Work on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems
Use modern diagnostic tools and equipment
Communicate with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
Continue developing skills through training and certifications
