Automotive Technician - $33-$35 - Collision Repair Shop
About The Position
We are seeking an Automotive Technician to focus on diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical damage on post-collision vehicles. This role offers the opportunity to expand skills in both mechanical and collision repair within a clean, professional shop environment. You will be responsible for various repair tasks, including brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical diagnostics, airbags, restraints, HVAC systems, and engine/exhaust components. The position also involves following OEM repair procedures, performing road tests and quality checks, and supporting the production team to ensure efficient vehicle workflow. Additionally, this role provides a chance to learn collision repair processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive technician or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with suspension, braking, and drivetrain
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical damage on post-collision vehicles
