About The Position

Lupient Nissan in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an Journeyman/A-Level Automotive Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of booking hours, delivers high-quality work, and wants to be a part of a team that is known for their unparalleled customer service and doing the right thing. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with highly competitive pay and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for qualified candidates with experience in Japanese or Korean brands. ASE or ASE Master certifications are a must.

Requirements

Experience with Japanese or Korean Brands
ASE or ASE Master certifications are a MUST
Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
Current valid driver’s license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
A general understanding of and ability to operate power and manual tools safely and efficiently

Responsibilities

Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair
Transmission and suspension repairs
Performs preventive maintenance and repair to diesel trucks, when needed
Diagnoses drivability concerns
Performs exhaust or electrical repairs
