About The Position
We have the same stuff every other Dealership listing has but, We offer some things others don't. Love or Hate Flat Rate? We have a pay plan for you! We have both Hourly and Flat rate Plans for all technicians. Hate Warranty work? We make Warranty work much more appealing! Our Technicians Warranty rates are 25% GREATER than their Base Rate. Hate taking a pay cut on every Holiday, PTO, and Training day? Every Holiday, PTO day and training day equals a Days Pay! Not 8 hours at your rate. Could you use some help with Santa Claus each year? We calculate all hours each tech produces for the year and pay .65 cents per hour for a Christmas Bonus! Are you tired of waiting for days for the parts you need to arrive and your bay being tied up? Our Parts Manager used to be an advisor and understands the importance of keeping the shop moving by having right at 5 million on the shelf , a 92.8 parts fill rate , and delivering parts to the bay! If any of these difference sound good, we need to talk.
