Requirements

3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
Valid Driver's License
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment

Responsibilities

Performing repairs and maintenance according to Toyota and dealership standards
Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
Communicating findings, repair recommendations, and repair timelines with Service Advisors
Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion
Maintaining productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
