About The Position

Hiring NOW for 2 Automotive Technician openings on the 3 PM - 11:30 PM shift. This role involves Gas/Diesel Vehicle Fleet Maintenance for a fleet of vans and step vans in a well-equipped shop environment. This is not roadside work. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($34 - $38+ DOE) which is not flat rate, along with health, vision, and dental insurance, holiday pay, and personal time off. The fleet consists of various gas and diesel vehicles, including Mercedes Sprinters, Isuzu Reach, Cummins, GMC Vans, and Ford Vans or Pickups, with model years ranging from 2008 to 2025. Responsibilities include PM inspections, general repairs, brake work, charging systems, and general transmission knowledge.

Requirements

Must have your own hand-tools (facility has diagnostic, shop and specialty tools)
Clean background
Valid driver's license
5+ Years' of recent shop work, or a combination of shop work and schooling/training
Experience in Vehicle Fleet Maintenance

Responsibilities

Perform PM Inspections and Repairs to Fleet delivery vans, and box trucks, both gas and diesel, 2010 to 2021 model years
Work with Diesel Mercedes Sprinters 2014-2025, 4 & 6 cylinder
Work with Diesel Isuzu Reach
Work with Diesel Cummins 5.9
Work with Gas GMC Vans 2014-2025
Work with Gas Ford Vans or Pickups 2008-2025
Perform Brake repairs
Perform PM inspections
Perform All general repairs
Perform Charging systems repairs
Utilize general transmission knowledge
