Position Summary: As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and import vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and helping create an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working on domestic and import vehicles.
  • Ability to use scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
  • State inspection license (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately and efficiently.
  • Diagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, HVAC, and engine performance concerns.
  • Complete maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments, fluid services, and factory-scheduled maintenance.
  • Utilize digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to document findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs and vehicle conditions.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
  • Verify repairs through proper testing and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
