About The Position

DCH Kia of Temecula is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our high-performing service department. We are looking for automotive technicians who prioritize precision, craftsmanship, and a commitment to exceptional service. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range for this position is $17.00 – $62.00 actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.

Requirements

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• Kia or similar brand experience preferred
• ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia vehicles
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
