About The Position

City Auto Sales in Memphis is looking for an Entry-Level Automotive Technician who is eager to learn, works well with a team, and wants a long-term opportunity. This role is for someone who enjoys a fast-paced shop environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow alongside experienced technicians in a well-run service department. The position focuses on foundational maintenance while learning from a seasoned team.

Requirements

1+ year of automotive technician or maintenance experience
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

ASE certification
Independent or aftermarket experience

Responsibilities

Performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery replacements, and brake inspections
Assisting and shadowing senior technicians on more advanced repairs
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
Learning diagnostic processes and accurately documenting completed work
Participating in daily shop meetings to stay aligned and informed
