About The Position

Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician for their busy Service Department. This is an immediate need due to the addition of new lifts in the shop. Manufacturer experience is not required. The dealership is looking for technicians who are currently being paid flat rate and not producing 50+ hours per week due to workflow and heavy warranty. Paid training will be provided where needed at no cost.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician / Production Tech / Flat Rate, etc.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely, daily.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Satisfactory employment references.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more ASE certifications preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive service and repair work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Complete assigned repair orders accurately and efficiently.
