About The Position
This role is for a Chrysler Level 3 Master Technician who operates at the highest technical level. You are expected to diagnose, repair, and lead through example while supporting shop efficiency and quality. The technician will perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, execute repairs accurately the first time, communicate clearly with advisors on repair needs and timelines, maintain factory training and certifications, and protect shop efficiency and comeback prevention. Performance expectations include high diagnostic accuracy, minimal comebacks, strong efficiency and productivity, and professional conduct and teamwork.
Requirements
