About The Position

The Experienced Automotive Technician is the second level within the Hertz Corporation for our maintenance team. In this role you will be performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspection. Hertz is a world leader in the car rental industry, seeking energetic team players to join their team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
At minimum three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience
Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight
Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)
ASE Certifications (or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

Performing preventative maintenance
Performing minor repairs
Performing inspections

Benefits

The hourly rate is $33.80
Overtime Pay: Eligible
Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
Sick Pay: Granted
Up to 48 hours Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)
