Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience (Nissan experience preferred)
- Nissan certifications or Master Technician certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, engine, and drivability concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify service recommendations
- Use advanced diagnostic software and manufacturer repair systems
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
