Automotive Technician- INEOS Grenadier
About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our brand-new INEOS dealership in Silver Spring, MD. This is an opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning. The INEOS Grenadier is bringing a fresh approach to the 4x4 market, combining rugged capability, purpose-built engineering, and serious off-road performance. Our Silver Spring dealership will serve as a key sales and service location for customers throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. You won’t just be fixing cars — you’ll be helping build the service operation for an exciting new automotive brand in the region.
Requirements
- 4+ years of automotive experience in a dealership or independent repair facility
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
- A passion for vehicles, technology, and the automotive industry
Nice To Haves
- ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Luxury, high line automotive experience highly preferred.
- Experience with B58 diagnostics, cooling systems, drivability, electrical diagnosis, and ZF 8-speed powertrains, highly desired
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders, dealership standards, and factory specifications
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate repairs
- Work efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality
- Clearly document all work performed
- Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service experience
