Requirements
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals.
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, kneeling, and working around shop equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications.
- Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and inflation.
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
- Check and top off engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and other vehicle fluids.
- Replace cabin air filters, engine air filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other maintenance items.
- Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes, and other vehicle components for wear.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate recommended maintenance to service advisors.
- Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support fellow technicians and contribute to a positive team environment.
