Requirements

  • Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, kneeling, and working around shop equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and inflation.
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
  • Check and top off engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and other vehicle fluids.
  • Replace cabin air filters, engine air filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other maintenance items.
  • Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes, and other vehicle components for wear.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate recommended maintenance to service advisors.
  • Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Support fellow technicians and contribute to a positive team environment.
