About The Position
D.I.B. Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician to join the Yes Auto Fix team at our Humble location. This position offers $25–$45 per flag hour based on experience and skill level (C-Tech, B-Tech). Requirements
- 2+ Years verifiable automotive repair experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs
- Ability to use common automotive tools and equipment
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
- Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive repairs and routine maintenance according to established standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify repair or maintenance needs
- Diagnose common vehicle concerns and assist with troubleshooting
- Use automotive tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems safely and effectively
- Complete quality work while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and shop team members
- Continue developing technical skills and knowledge of current automotive systems
