Requirements

• Certified 310S Automotive Service Technician (the trade certification to meet provincial requirements.)
• Maintains all relevant Licences and Qualifications to perform duties.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.
• Familiarity with provincial safety standards
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail - we are all about earning customers for life!
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Volkswagen and/or Audi experience is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles as assigned.
• Diagnose technical issues through inspections and assessments
• Accurately document all work in line with manufacturer standards
• Conduct road tests to ensure repairs meet performance expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of evolving technology
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed.
