Friendly City Tire Pros is seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, and completing repairs correctly the first time.

We are looking for a well-rounded professional who can work independently, contribute to a productive shop environment, and handle a wide variety of automotive service and repair tasks.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience as an automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic skills (ability to identify root causes, not just symptoms)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Consistent attendance and professional work ethic
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Integrity and reliability in all aspects of the job

Nice To Haves

• Alignment experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a broad range of automotive issues
• Perform steering and suspension repairs
• Service and repair brake systems
• Diagnose and service heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform starting and charging system diagnostics and repairs
• Complete oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Conduct tire services, including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairs
• Perform wheel alignments or be willing to learn
