About The Position

Mid-Hudson Subaru, part of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking an Automotive Technician (A, B & C Level) to join their team. This role involves handling routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring safety and performance standards. Requirements

Proven diagnostic and repair skills
Must meet essential job duties with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

Manufacturer training preferred
ASE Trained a plus
Subaru training & strong product knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
Complete software updates and key programming
Collaborate with parts department to secure needed parts
Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
Document all work performed on repair orders
Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and work areas
Support and train apprentice technicians
Stay up to date on manufacturer bulletins and training
