Bill Harris CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. If you can diagnose problems, turn quality repairs efficiently, and take pride in your work, we want to talk to you. We have the vehicle volume, equipment, support, and opportunity to keep a good technician productive. Requirements

• Experienced in automotive repair
• Comfortable diagnosing and repairing vehicles independently
• Productive and motivated
• Dependable and committed to showing up and getting the job done
• Focused on quality—not just speed
• A team player who is willing to help others
• Interested in continuing to learn and improve
• Able to maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record

Nice To Haves

• CDJR/dealership experience is a plus
• ASE certifications are appreciated but not required

Responsibilities

• Multi-point inspections
• Electrical and mechanical diagnosis
• Brake, steering, and suspension repairs
• Engine performance and drivability repairs
• Cooling system and HVAC repairs
• Preventative maintenance and routine services
• Warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Identifying additional repair needs
• Completing repairs accurately and efficiently
• Performing quality-control checks on completed work
