About The Position

Start your automotive technician career with Larson Cadillac. Receive paid training, work alongside experienced technicians, and build the skills needed to become a full flat-rate technician in a high-volume luxury dealership. This is a full-time position where you will start with maintenance work and receive hands-on training to grow into a full technician role. This is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Basic computer skills.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to understand and apply common sense.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections
Train on premium Cadillac vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment
Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work
Learn how to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Consistent workflow in a high-volume Cadillac service department
Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role
