Requirements

• A-Level Technician: Advanced diagnostic and repair experience, ability to diagnose electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, and drivability concerns, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• B-Level Technician: Experience performing maintenance and general repairs, ability to complete brakes, steering, suspension, engine repair, and other common automotive services, desire to continue training and advance technical skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Own set of tools
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete repair orders efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
