Requirements

• At least six active ASE certifications.
• At least two years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems.
• Strong diagnostic ability across engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension, and HVAC.
• A commitment to quality work, ongoing training, and teamwork.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Toyota Master certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota and other vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Perform complex mechanical and electrical diagnosis.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs.
• Handle warranty work.
• Perform test drives to verify quality of repairs.
• Document findings clearly.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts department, and other technicians.
• Share knowledge and mentor developing technicians (for experienced Master Technicians).
