About The Position
Ontario Auto Ranch Ford is looking for an experienced automotive technician who has already built a strong foundation in the industry and is ready for the next step. This opportunity is designed for a technician with at least 2 years of structured dealership or professional shop experience who wants to earn strong compensation while enjoying a better overall quality of life. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dealership or structured automotive repair experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced flat-rate environment
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

- Ford experience or certifications highly valued
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership procedures
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete inspections accurately and consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with advisors and other technicians
- Continue developing technical skill through training and hands-on experience
