About The Position

We are a family-owned, fast-growing repair group looking for skilled Automotive Technicians who want competitive pay, real work/life balance, and the chance to work in a clean, well-equipped shop with a strong team. We have over 20 years of success and 11 locations across Middle Tennessee. Our shops handle everything from maintenance and alignments to major repairs, engine swaps, and transmission replacements. You’ll work on a variety of brands and have the opportunity to keep growing your skills in an industry that never stands still. We are looking for individuals who may not feel respected, treated fairly, or genuinely cared about in their current roles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair ability
• Ability to perform thorough inspections and quality repairs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Own tools required
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
