Requirements
- ASE Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have own tools
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and teammates
- Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets dealership standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Stay current on manufacturer training and best practices
- Help mentor junior technicians when needed
- Take pride in being part of a team that puts customers and quality first
